I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the mathematics department at Duke University as a part of the Multiscale Immune Systems Modeling (MISM) centre, working on modelling viral dynamics and the immune system.
My mathematical interest includes dynamical systems, PDE and agent-based modelling of biological systems, parameter inference, control theory, and equation learning.
Before that, I have completed a Master of Science (MSc) at University of British Columbia, supervised by Prof. Leah Edelstein-Keshet.
